The integrated application system is designed to comply with all needs in administrative and human resource matters of the majority of companies in Spain.
The technological platform in which the set of applications has been developed is the new IBM i5, with the e-server family, these servers are based in the new processors Power 5, and also have a specific database management called DB2, which is the most solid database management. This tandem makes this option far more reliable than other as it could be a systems based on PC net technologies with Microsoft 2003, NT or Unix servers.
The core of the system is made up by a model of budgetary control which, in the great majority of transactions, is assisted by a detailed countable movement´s module.
The budgetary control is the most developed module in the whole system. Starting with the definition of the annual analytical plan hen through the budge entry of each department, even detailing expenses concepts and also modules inside the concepts of each department. The analysis of the different ramifications can be made interactively by a "drill down" technique; this allows reaching the documents expenses mechanized.
