Customer Relationship Manager is the computing solution developed in a WEB environment; its purpose is the management of relations with the customers. Caring out offers to customers and visits report from a WEB environment and/or a PDA, from any place, with the requirements and functionality that we will now portray
Functionalities:
- Fully operating application through PDA (GPRS) accesses. The applications prepares the pages in a very quick way and the style templates (images and graphical part) will have to be the lightest as possible (space volume)
- Fully integrated with his centralized ERP from its customer´s registers and products

- Customers by alphabetical order
- Customers by zip code
- Contracts by Surname and name
- Products by code and family

- Offers by number
- Offers by clients
- Import offers
- Visits by date
- Date visits with calendar format
- Clients visits
- Though this listing, random searches will be able to be carried out based on field content. For example:
- Customers which name starts with a literal or whom a literal contains.
- Products which its description has a specific key word
- From a customers card we can access to the last offers or a new offer
- From a customers card we can access to the last visits made or planify new ones
- The security and the access control to the information will be managed by the application´s administrator, and he will assign to each person a concrete profile(commercial, Fan boss, Area boss, Division boss.)
- There has to be a document that contains parameters where we will indicate the offers flow that overcome an X amount or a % of discount, indicating who has to revise these document in each case
- Each division will have a different database set in which only the personal of that specific division, the system administrator and management crew will be able to access
