Entry and exit documents record system, distribution of copies through our own security Domino, generation of receipts, deliveries auditing and readings, registers printed on the document itself.
Properties:
- Management of registers entry and exit of documents generating the corresponding receipts
- Controlled access to the generated documents (using our own security Domino)
- Processes of mail notification in every new entry and exit
- Includes a specific module for the scanning and the storing of registered documents with the possibility of annex new documents after its registry. It also allows to check the attach documentation from any platform where the Domino is installed or even from any internet browser
- Compatible with design tools as WorkFlow and also WorkFlow Factory
